The truth about Dyson campaign is just what the name implies. The Japanese customers had some misinformation about the Dyson products. The aim of the campaign was to educate and answer many of the questions the customers asks and might ask about Dyson. I was a part of the idea and strategy team, but I did not take part in the production phase of the campaign.
